Nothing
Disgusting, room stunk, bathroom stunk of sewege, reception rude, hotel in the middle of nowhere, it took two tubes and a bus to get to and ended in hill billy land like a ghost town. We did not stay there even though we had prepaid as it was that disgusting, we have stayed in nicer youth hostels. We took the tubes and bus back to the centre and stayed in a lovely hotel instead.

The room was cozy and modern, and I loved the quiet location. Many supermarkets and a few fast food options were nearby. My only issue was that the carpet had some mysterious spots, which raised cleanliness concerns. I could hear doors banging throughout the night. Parking was great, with an accessible spot for my vehicle. The staff was really friendly.

Hotel staff extremely friendly.Good Location (for motor biking) safe and secure parking with secure underground car park. Located near to public transport for access into the city.Large room with flat screen tv. Hotel had computer if foyer which was free and free wi-fi access. All in all a very pleasant experience. Would stay again.
I think that the bathrooms are a little tired and could do with a little tlc eg. Shower in my room needed re grouting and sealing - fitting old but functional.

The room decoration carries a certain vintage charm reminiscent of hospital rooms. The breakfast spread, with its hot and cold options, sets you up nicely for the day ahead.
The carpet felt worn out with noticeable stains, raising questions about overall cleanliness. Noise travels easily between rooms, leading to a less-than-restful night for some guests. Limited public transport options to Bochum make getting around a bit of a hassle, especially after hours.

Price/quality ratio.
A bit old and not very clean if to compare with standart hotel in Germany. But in any case it's really good deal.

Receptionist spoke excellent English and was very helpful regarding transport. Room and internal doors didn't slam which made for a peaceful night's sleep considering football supporters were returning late in the night.
Not having checked the location when booking I was worried to find it was 10 kilometres from the city centre. However the transport information was excellent and it turned out not to be a problem.

A bold move that proved rewarding!
The staff's friendliness made up for the basic yet super clean room. The underground parking was a bonus, especially for our bus. Plus, the nearby Greek restaurant added charm to our stay. A solid choice for travelers seeking value!

The hotel confirmed to provide free wifi but it does not work. This is a false promise with misleads the traveller

I was disappointed on arrival to find out my room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. After a seven hour journey all I really wanted was a shower and a change of clothers, but this was not possible.
